If you are interested in finding out more about giving a young person a chance to enhance their job prospects phone us on 0191 270 1133. We will organise a health and safety assessment of your work place and ask you to sign a contract (copies are included in your folder of information).
Once we have identified a learner who we feel will be well suited to your placement we will contact you and introduce the learner. Palmersville staff will offer both the learner and yourself continuous support to enable the learner to reach his or her full potential and achieve a qualification.
Costs
- Palmersville Training will take responsibility for the payment of the learner's Education Maintenance Allowance (EMA) and travel costs where applicable.
- There is no financial cost to yourselves for the first month. Any charge will be imposed, with your agreement, from the second month, and will be reviewed on a monthly basis as the learner gains experience and becomes more useful to the company.
