Description
Learners gain skills in stock control, pricing goods, receiving goods, dealing with customers’ requests and queries, packaging and wrapping products, health and safety and ergonomics, whilst on placement in high street shops and other retail outlets throughout Tyneside.
Qualifications
E2E, Level 1 and Apprenticeship.
You have the opportunity to gain additional qualifications, e.g. first aid and health and safety.
Practical Experience
- Learners will gain skills in Customer Service and Retail in practical working environments.
