Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Following discussion, your individual needs will be looked at to ensure you are on the most suitable programme.

Description

You will be trained in food preparation, customer care, working relationships, hygiene in food storage and preparation and cooking, dealing with payment, counter service, cleaning food production areas and health and safety and ergonomics.

Qualifications

E2E, NVQ Level 1 and Apprenticeship.
You have the opportunity to gain additional qualifications, e.g. first aid, health and safety and food hygiene.

Practical Experience

  • Experience working within a fully equipped kitchen restaurant.
  • Attend work placements with local employers.
