On 30 September, Chris Moon, a disabled ultra-distance athlete, completed an incredible run - 36 miles a day for 30 days across the UK visiting Post Office branches, Post Office sites and Barnardo's services.

On 30 September, Chris Moon, a disabled ultra-distance athlete, completed an incredible run - 36 miles a day for 30 days across the UK visiting Post Office branches, Post Office sites and Barnardo's services raising money for the Barnardo's Believe in Children appeal.

Day 4 for Chris, saw him complete his North East stage of this remarkable challenge. During this stage Chris visited Palmersville Training and met with staff and young people from the service before setting off for South Shields, but taking the longer route via Newcastle city centre.
